What does Total HealthWorks offer?

We offer exercise and wellness programs developed by doctors and industry experts, specifically designed for People with Parkinson’s and Aging Adults. Our programs include live online exercise classes, on-demand exercise classes and workouts, online personal training and coaching, guidance on nutrition, hydration, sleep, and developing healthy habits, and a community of like-minded people working towards the same goal – to live their best life moving forward.

Can I try a class before I become a member?

Yes! You can try two full weeks of classes totally free. No strings attached.

How do I become a member?

It’s easy! Try out the program first to know if this is the right choice for you. Then, if you feel the program is beneficial to you, there will be instructions to continue with your membership following the 14 day free trial.

What happens after I register?

Following registration, you will receive an email with instructions to set your password for logging in. Then, you will receive daily emails with links to join the live classes. If you’re busy and schedules don’t align, you can use your login to access the full library of on-demand classes and workouts directly from the website. 

How much does a membership cost?

Memberships are $49.95/month or $495.95/year (Savings over $100)!

What is included in a membership?

Members have access to all of our live, online exercise classes and the full library of on-demand classes and workouts. You will also receive educational content and tips on staying accountable and developing healthy lifestyle habits that will help you to live your best life. Our premium customer support is available to all members to answer any questions.

How do I join a live class?

An email containing the daily class link will be sent to your inbox at least one hour before the start of the class. Check your email, click the link, and join the class!

Can I speak with a real person if I need help?

Yes! Our team is available by phone and email, most of the time. If you call and we don’t answer, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can. How do I change my billing information?

To change your billing information or to update your card information, login to your account and select “Account” at the top of the page or from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. Can I cancel my membership?

If you’d like to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Account” at the top of the page or from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. Select “Subscriptions,” and then select “Cancel.”
