What does Total HealthWorks offer?

We offer live online exercise classes, on-demand exercise classes and workouts, and online 1-on-1 and small group personal training.

Can I try a class before I become a member?

Yes! You can try a class on-demand (meaning, you can watch it now) or you can sign-up to join a live class for FREE every Wednesday at 12:00 PM ET.

How do I become a member?

Select the program button that is most applicable to your interests. Then, select the “Try 14 Days FREE” button and choose your level of membership. Then, proceed to complete the form, press “SIGN UP,” and then enter your payment information and click “Subscribe” to create your account and start your subscription.

What happens after I register?

Following your payment and registration, you will receive an email with your login credentials. This is how you will login to the site, view the on-demand classes and workouts, join a live class, and find all of the new content that we put out each week. 

How much does a membership cost?

Memberships are $49.95/month or $495.95/year (Savings over $100)!

What is included in a membership?

Members have access to ALL of the live, online exercise classes and access to the full library of on-demand classes and workouts.

How do I join a live class?

You can join the live classes by clicking the link on the website or through the emails that are sent out to Members prior to each class.

Can I speak with a real person if I need help?

How do I change my billing information?

To change your billing information or to update your card information, login to your account and select “Account” at the top of the page or from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. Can I cancel my membership?

If you’d like to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Account” at the top of the page or from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. Select “Subscriptions,” and then select “Cancel.”
