We offer unique personal training programs to suit your needs and preferences.
1-on-1 Training Sessions
- Work with your own personal trainer via Zoom
- Individualized sessions specifically designed for your needs and your goals
- Certified instructors experienced with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Adults 50+
- 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions available
- Pricing and packages vary by trainer
Small Group Personal Training
- Improve your physical and cognitive function with our 12-week evidence based program
- Work with 3-5 other participants and 1 trainer throughout the 12-weeks
- Each participant will have an initial evaluation and then do 2 sessions per week for 12-weeks with their trainer and small group via Zoom
- Experience the benefits of 1-on-1 training with a lower cost!
